3/28/2023: -SP 2023 -SQL Server 2022. -Tries to connect IDE. -"Connection to Service has not been established" 3/30/2023: -Seeing if Watchdog is running correctly. -Could be a bad install. Will get customer to create a new Galaxy if Watchdog is running properly. -Checked for Open ports (7500,7501 others as well) -Checked ASBservices. Stopped Services and Ran them. NO CHANGE. -Told customer to run Change Network Utility, Delete the Galaxies that had been created to try and open the IDE. Awaiting Clients response.

We have a wonderware installation with redundant servers, one batch will not run on one of the two servers. Week after labor day (15th) the engineers noticed the "issue' Engineers describe the issue as: 'one of the Batch servers are not able to connect to the PLC's'. Client was called in to collect intel and get this resolved. Possible to access system remotely. Can ping PLC Inbatch 2014 R2 Sp1 (11.0.0.0) intouch 11.0.131 Client suspects the issue is tied to a repeating IBCLI error noticed in the logs. Inbatch 2014 R2 Sp1 (11.0.0.0) intouch 11.0.131 ibcli.exe exception code 0xC0000005 goes as far back as August 29th. Event Logs and SMC logs are being collected client will be uploading them to the ticket. See Box Content.

Client reached out as the user migrated from Batch 2014 to Batch Management 2023 R2. Since this change scripts that were working previously that allowed the operators to adjust the parameters of the Batch before starting the Batch no longer function properly. This is due to the Batch ID Log being created when the Batch is set to Ready. In the previous version the Batch ID Log was not created until the Batch was set to Run.
