Description

In the OCMC, you may encounter an issue with an OI Server where you expand the Configuration tree and it is empty, nothing appears. Rebooting will not resolve and it will not come back.

Solution Steps:

Check the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\Wonderware\OI-Server\$Operations Integration Supervisory Servers$\<Driver Name>\<Instance Name>\<Set Name>

In this folder, you are searching for files with the following extensions:

.AAcfg
.AArul

These files probably have 0 file size or are missing. The simplest resolution for this issue is to copy them from a working computer and restart the OCMC.
