[ISS Support Case] License & Dictionary Limit Issue

Client called in due to issue when trying to Launch Window viewer. User is receiving "License not available error message". After retrying or trying to launch anyway receives "Exceeded dictionary limit" error message. Client did not have access to node remotely. Requested InTouch version information as well as screenshots of error messages.
